INFORMATION ABOUT CURRENT TRAFFIC FLOW CONDITIONS:
Current traffic flow conditions on Bridge Road at the toll plaza can be viewed on the GIBC's web camera at www.gibridge.com. When possible, the GIBC will post "Traffic Advisories" on this web site.

> The office is open during weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
> The toll booth is open 24 hours a day.
Customers may buy tokens and perform basic transactions (make payments, drop off forms, etc...) for the Bridge Pass at the toll booth.
Customers wishing to make complex transactions (open a new account, close an account, etc...) for their Bridge Pass should do them at the trailer between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. during weekdays.
Parking is available close to the front entrance of the trailer; however, customers who have a difficult time walking up stairs can park and honk their horn to have a GIBC employee provide assistance at their vehicle.
It is also worth noting that most transactions for the Bridge Pass can be conducted by phone (734-282-2914), fax (734-282-0368), regular mail or e-mail (grosseilebridge@sbcglobal.net). The GIBC's mailing address will continue to be P.O. Box 24, Grosse Ile, Michigan 48138. The GIBC also posts forms for the Bridge Pass online.
